  • How do I schedule a party?

    Stop by at our location and we can walk you through whole process. Have been here before or have questions, just give us a call at 302-261-6169 and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time!


  • Can I walk-in without birthday party?

    Yes. We are open for regular walk-in except exclusive party when booked. You can check event section on our website for exclusive party or give us a call at 302-261-6169 to find out.


  • Is there any height or age restriction?

    All children must be under 54" to enter soft play unit.


  • Is a deposit required to reserve the party?

    A 50% of package non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.


  • How many guests can I invite?

    Please refer to the party package section of the website.


  • What if I have more children coming to the party than metioned party package?

    Additional guest are welcome! There is an additional charge for each guest. Please refer party package section in website.


  • What time should I arrive at the party?

    We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in.


  • Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?

    All guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian.


  • Are socks required?

    For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play


  • Once in the party room, can guests play in playgym area?

    YES


  • Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?

    You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string or piñatas.


  • Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?

    Gratuities for our staff are always welcome


  • When should I order pizza, beverages , goodie bags, balloons, & other options?

    When you check-in for birthday party, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags and other party options if you haven’t already.


  • Can I bring food to my party?

    You may bring cake and/or cupcakes to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted.


  • Can I bring in my own drinks?

    For your convenience, we have a variety of beverages available for purchase. We’re sorry, but you may not bring your own beverages to the party. *For your safety and enjoyment, food and/or beverages are not permitted in the softplay area.


  • Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?

    If you will be bringing your own cake, please bring a serving knife and candles. We will provide a lighter. For your convenience, we also have disposable cameras and socks available for purchase.


  • What if I need to reschedule my party?

    To avoid additional charges, we require at least 6 days advance notice if you need to reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within 2 months of the original party date). If you reschedule your party within 6 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 2 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
